	ESKİŞEHİR- The letter of prisoner Mustafa Filitoğlu who is being kept at Eskişehir Type H Closed Prison was found inconvenient and was not sent.

	Mustafa Filitoğlu, Cihan Alkan and Davut Barin, who had been detained in Eskişehir H Type Closed Prison, reported that they had started an undefinite non-rotating hunger strike action since January 21, 2019.

	&nbsp;

	The letter Mustafa Filitoğlu wrote to Yeni Yaşam Newspaper to announce his hunger strike on January 21 was confiscated and found inconvenient.The letter which was found inconvenient by Eskişehir H-Type Prison Letter Reading Commission was not sent.

	ANNOUNCING A HUNGER STRIKE WAS CONSIDERED A CRIME

	&nbsp;

	Disciplinary Committee of Eskişehir H-Type Closed Prison found the announcement of hunger strikes objectionable and said: " It has been observed that the &nbsp;statements above contain sentences that lead to the communication of members of &nbsp;criminal organizations or other criminal organizations for the purposes of terrorism and exploitation."

	&nbsp;

	It was also learned that detainees Filitoğlu, Barin and alkan was given disciplinary penalty by the disciplinary board.
