Theater play was dedicated to the hunger strikers 2019-02-02 12:58:48 DİYARBAKIR-  The play “Bûn An Jî Nebûn” staged by Amed City Theater was dedicated to the hunger strikers. Egîdê Cîmo was commemorated after the play. Amed City Theater staged the play “Bûn An Jî Nebûn” (To be or not to be) which belongs to Melchoir Lengyel, directed by Rüknettin gün.Many theater lover watched the play staged in Amed City theater located in Galeria Business Center.   The play was staged fo the first time after Kurdish Theater player Mehmet Emin Yalçınkaya have passed in August 2018, which is one of the names who staged this play. Theplay was dedicated to the hunger strike initiated by Democratic Society Congress Co-chair Leyla Güven.     Player Özcan Ateş who drew attention to the Leyla Güven who has been on hunger strike for 87 days now protesting the isolation of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, said: “We have spoken to Mrs. Leyla Güven via video call in DTK Building. She wanted something from us. She made a call to the artists of the people supporting the hunger strike.We salute her. Her demand  is our demand. We want everyone to give voice to her action.”   The play will be staged tonight and February 8-9 in Amed City Theater
