Objection to the arrest decision of Eren Erdem

	İSTANBUL- The objections made by the attorneys of former CHP Deputy Eren Erdem to the superior court was rejected.

	 

	Karşı Newspaper executive Editor and Former CHP Deputy Eren Erdem's appeal to the superrior court was rejected.

	 

	 FETÖ 's 17-25 December detention process, allegedly serving illegal audio records, and the former Journal of the Public Prosecutor of the newspaper and the former CHP deputy Eren Erdem, the decision to evacuate the decision to re-arrest was rejected.

	 

	WHAT DID HAPPEN?

	 

	Eren Erdem, who was tried before the Istanbul 23rd High Criminal Court, was released at the hearing held on  January 7. On the same day, an arrest warrant was issued for the arrest of Eren Erdem by a superior court. Erdem was arrested again on January 8 by the decision of İstanbul 24th Criminal Court where he was accompanied by the gendermeries.
