	İSTANBUL- Özgür Günden newspaper Editor in Chief Reyhan Çapan who is not being released due to a fine, was released last night.

	Özgür Gündem Newspaper Editor in Chief Reyhan Çapan was arrested on May 10 2018. Attorneys of Çapan who has been detained in Erzurum Closed Prison since May 10, have applied to the prison's prosecution office for her release with judicial control because she had less than a year to serve.

	&nbsp;

	As a result of one-month effort of lawyers, Çapan was released yesterday.

	&nbsp;

	Çapan who had a fine of 55 thousand 660 Liras past due and was not being released because of this, was released with judical control decision late last night.
