Yüksekdağ's trial is in Sincan tomorrow

	ANKARA- The hearing of HDP Former Co-chair Fİgen Yüksekdağ which she is being jailed pending trial will be held in Sincan Prison Campus tomorrow. Yüksekdağ's attorney Ezgi Güngördü says that the court board is trying to close the case in a rush.

	The hearing People's Democratic Party (HDP) former Co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ is tried  will be held in Ankara 16th Criminal Court tomorrow.

	 

	The 9th hearing Yüksekdağ is being charged with 'organizational management', 'Propaganda of an illegal organization', 'Opposition to the law of meetings and demonstrations', 'Public incitement to hatred and enmity' and 'Incitement to commit crime' will be seen at 10.00.

	 

	Within the scope of the file, about 30 years to 83 years imprisonment is requested for Yüksekdağ, while the 92-page indictment also demands the punishment of Yüksekdağ as an organization manager  due to her activities and other actions within the Democratic Society Congress (DTK).

	 

	Yüksekdağ who doesn't take a step back from her attitude, said: "We will try to be the voice of the history, the voice of the facts. Someone has to protect the truths when they are being demolished like this.We are facing a deep injustice but we never prefered taking a step back in the face of these injustices. We will not give up our ways and the democratic resistance. We will keep being the resistance of the honest and honourable people of this country." in her last trial.
