	İZMİR- A law suit filed against party administrators &nbsp;Hacay Yılmaz and Yalçın Karaaslan for the banner "Life is short ,killer is long, children are dying" they used in HDP Çiğli 2nd Ordinary Congress on May 21, 2017.

	&nbsp;

	The prosecutor's office claimed the phrase "killer is long" meant President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, therefore it is considered defamation of the president.

	&nbsp;

	Yılmaz and Karaaslan stated in their deposition " We don't accept the charges.HDP is an opposition party. The banner doesn't constitude a crime.We did not insult anyone."&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Karşıyaka Criminal Court of First Instance accepted the indictment and determined Fabruary 4 for the hearing.
