TBB: The judiciary is turning into a tool of oppression

	ANKARA- TBB President Metin Feyzioğlu made an evaluation about the operation against Anatolia Culture Association which includes academiscians as "Unlawful" and said: "Procedures violating the code of criminal procedures are turning the judiciary into a tool of oppression."

	 

	Union of Turkish Bar Associations President Metin Feyzioğlu made a written statement regarding the operation against the academicians and Anatolia Culture Association Administrators.

	 

	 

	Feyzioğlu saying " violations of Code of Criminal Procedures are turning the judiciary into a tool of oppression. continued: "It is a blow against Turkey's conception in the democratic world. Any procedural irregularities in the investigation and prosecution, any violation against the global rules of law, shows Turkey as an anti-democratic country to the world.

	 

	Feyzioğlu calling out for repairing the mistakes that damages the trust in the  law and not letting the violation of basic rights and liberties, demanded every unlawful practices that harm Turkey in the international area must be stopped immediately.
