First 22 articles passed the general assembly

	ANKARA- The first 22 articles of the bill of law containing health regulations have been adopted.

	 

	The first 22 of the questionable health regulations introduced by AKP ,have been adopted despite all the rejections of the opposition. The opposition's amendments to each article were not accepted by a majority vote.

	 

	Article 5 of the proposal, which imposes a ban on employment in the private sector for the physicians discharged with a law decree have passed the general assembly. According to the amendment, the regulation was removed from the regulation law proposal which imposed a ban on employment in the private sector to doctors who were discharged by a law decree. The doctors who fail the security investigation  will be able to work in private hospitals contracted with SGK after waiting for 450 days.

	 

	Article 11 of the law restricting the powers of the Turkish Medical Association (TTB) was also adopted.

	 

	The second part of the proposal will be discussed tomorrow at the General Assembly
