
The request for arrest of the police who shot 16 year old Turan was denied

	MARDİN- While prosecution requested prison sentence for the killing of 16 year old Mazlum Turan, who was shot by the police for disobeying stop warning , bench denied the request and postponed the trial.

	Attorney Erdal Kuzu who took the floor, objected to the expert's report claiming that the shooting is legitimate, which was signed by someone with the title Gendermerie specialist sergeant by saying that public officials can not be expert in their own cases. Kuzu, demanded the defendant arrested.

	OPINION OF PROSECUTION: LIFE SENTENCE

	&nbsp;

	Prosecution requested the arrest of the defendant with a life sentence. The coart board denied the request and postponed the trial to January 18,2019.
