Attorney of the workers of the 3rd Airport: Charges are insane

	İSTANBUL- In the indictment filed for the labourers of 3rd airport, the whatsapp group the workers used to communicate amongs themselves considered a crime. The attorney of the workers indicated that it doesn't seem to be a coincidence that the 61 people considered to be suspects in the indictment are Kurdish.

	In the indictment filed for the workers who stopped working due to the bad conditions of work and then got arrested, considered the work stoppage action that thousands of workers participated "illegal". Ahmet Baran Çelik, attorney of the workers, stated that considering the whatsapp group called 'resistance group' the workers communicated about their demands a crime is insane.

	 

	'NO INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE EMPLOYER!'

	 

	Çelik who stated that there is no investigation conducted about the empoyers, said the deaths of the workers working in the airport, the unlawful situations and the bad conditions are all needed to be subjects of an investigation.  Çelik who emphasized that non of those subjects were included in the file suit, said: " Employer promised that the workers are right in their demands and the conditions are going to be improved. Even that shows us the workers are right in their demands. Despite all these, the workers was taken under custody, battered and arrested. And now they are being judged for it."
