	İSTANBUL- HDK claimed Turkey attacks Rojava with the power given by the Quartet Summit

	&nbsp;

	People's Democratic Congress (HDK), made the final declaration public of the 6th General Assembly which they held yesterday for the 8th time. The declaration drew attention to the oppression on the opposition and PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

	&nbsp;

	The declaration included:

	"AKP have been attacking and bombing Rojava for days with the power given by the Quartet Summit held in istanbul on the subject of Syria with Russia, Germany and France.Yet, it is clear that Rojava is not a threat and civillians lost their lives because of this bombs. Our General Assembly is seriously worried about the assult AKP-MHP have started against Rojava. Millions of people are forced to migrate because of these wars, civil and otherwise.
