	İSTANBUL- Arrest warrant issued for Iranian businessman Reza Zarrab who was detained in USA with the charge of &nbsp;breaking the sanctions against Iran illegaly.

	&nbsp;

	The trial for inconsistancy with the code of protection of cultural and natural properties law, that the prosecution demanded jail sentence up to 2 years continued.

	&nbsp;

	Parties did not attended the trial seen at Beykoz 1st Penal Court of First İnstance Zarrab is being tried for illegally modificating their mansion in Beykoz, Kanlıca.

	&nbsp;

	Court judge who wrote to minute that he wrote to the prison Zarrab was kept to have him bear testimony and that he was released by the time, decided that it is to be asked at Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Newyork Consulate General weather Zarrab is still arrested.

	Court board issued an arrest warrant for Zarrab in case he ever enters Turkey.

	President Erdoğan introduced Zarrab as a philanthropist after the Great Corruption and Bribery Operation during the statement he made to the journalists. Erdoğan, who was the Prime Minister at the time told: " He is a person exporting gold. I know he contributes to our country and I know he is a philanthropist."
