
Debt and irregularity at Antep Metropolitan Municipality

	ANTEP- Chamber of Accounts detected unlawfull debt raise, irregularity in tender offer, tender offer without project,renting public property without tender and unlawfulness in designing in Antep Metropolitan Municipality.

	Chamber of Accounts publish the reports of 2017. In the report of Antep Metropolitan Municipality of AKP , Chamber of Accounts have detected many irregularities.

	&nbsp;

	According to the report, even though the municipality exceeded the amount they can get into debt, they kept borrowing and the 118 Million TL they borrowed had no legal bases.

	&nbsp;

	The fact that the Municipality accepted the offers that are more expensive have reflected to the reports.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	Gazibel A.Ş which is a company of the municipality turned out to be operating only 18 of the properties and they have umlawfully transfered the 132 property to the third parties.
