Türkdoğan reacting to the custodies: Code of criminal procedure is being violated

	ANKARA- İHD Co-chair Öztürk Türkdoğan reacting their central executive committee member Ali Rıza Yurtsever being taken under custody said "Code of criminal procedure is being violated. Yurtsever is in cancer treatment. This might have an ill effect on his health."

	In an operation carried out early in the morning İHD center executive committee member Ali Rıza Yurtsever and ex HDP Parliamentarian İbrahim Binici was taken under custody with 8 more people. Yurtsever was under cancer treatment and Binici was taken under custody from the hospital he was staying in.

	 

	İHD co-chair Öztürk Özdoğan stating they did not know the reason of the operation said : " It probably is about some investigation from a few years back. But the procedure in cases like these is to invite the person to give their testimony. Code of criminal procedure (CMK) is clear about that. It is being vioalated.
