A new lawsuit against Türkiye for not paying compensation from Iraq

	NEWS CENTER - Iraq filed a new lawsuit in the US Supreme Court to pay the compensation that the Paris Court sentenced Turkey to pay regarding the sale of oil from the Kurdistan Region.

	The Paris International Arbitration Court sentenced Turkey to pay 1.5 billion dollars in compensation to the Iraqi government on the grounds that it illegally exported the oil of the Kurdistan Region. While Turkey still does not pay the compensation, the Iraqi government filed a new lawsuit against Turkey in the United States Supreme Court to demand that Turkey pay the determined compensation to Iraq.
