Mezopotamya Agency (MA) reporter Mahmut Altıntaş, who was detained while reporting news in the morning hours in Yeni Mahalle, central Semsûr, is detained again.   HE RECEIVED AN ASSAULT REPORT   Altıntaş, who was transferred to Adıyaman Courthouse after the police procedures were completed, was attacked by 5 police officers because he refused to bow his head at the entrance of the courthouse. Altıntaş, who was released on the condition of judicial control, received an assault report from the hospital. In the assault report, there were traces of assault on Altıntaş's neck and wrists, and it was seen that his lip was burst. It was also stated that the police officers at the Counter Terrorism (TEM) Branch applied pressure to the doctor who filed the assault report.    HE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE POLICE   After receiving the assault report, Altıntaş went to Altınşehir Police Station with his lawyer to file a complaint against the police. Then a police officer also filed a complaint against Altıntaş.   Upon the complaint of the police, Altıntaş was detained again by the decision of the prosecutor's office, on the grounds that he was "resisting the police".   Altıntaş's statement at the police station is expected to be completed today and he will be referred to the courthouse tomorrow.
