No information about the situation of journalist Ahmet for 26 days

	NEWS CENTER - There has been no information given about the situation of Rojnews editor Süleyman Ahmet, who was detained by the KDP security forces, for 26 days.

	 

	Rojnews' Arabic Service editor Süleyman Ahmet was detained by the KDP security forces at the Pêşxabûr (Sêmalka) Border Gate while returning to the Federated Kurdistan Region from Northern and Eastern Syria on October 25.

	Duhok Public Order, affiliated with KDP, announced that Ahmet was detained 6 days later, stating that Ahmet "had nothing to do with journalism".

	 

	Since the date in question, neither Ahmet's family nor his lawyer have been informed about his situation.
