Bahçeli targeted the Constitutional Court: It should be closed!

	ANKARA - Devlet Bahçeli once again targeted the Constitutional Court and said: "The Constitutional Court is the pain of the legal order. It should either be closed or restructured."

	 

	MHP Chairperson Devlet Bahçeli made statements regarding the agenda of his party's weekly group meeting. Bahçeli once again targeted the Constitutional Court (AYM). Bahçeli drew attention to the Supreme Court's criminal complaint against the members of the Constitutional Court and argued that the Supreme Court "did its duty completely".

	 

	TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT: GO TO QANDIL

	 

	Bahçeli said: "I would like to remind the President of the Constitutional Court, whose mind is poisoned, that the separation of powers has been clarified in Turkey. The President of the Constitutional Court is the ill branch of the disgrace alliance nestled in the high judiciary. We think that this person has clearly exceeded his limits and boundaries. Don't mess with the Turkish state, go to Qandil if you dare. The president of the court has lost his objectivity and turned against national unity and brotherhood. We are faced with two options; the Constitutional Court should either be closed or restructured."
