Journalist Dinçer Gökçe detained

	NEWS CENTER - Halk TV reporter Dinçer Gökçe was detained by the police.

	 

	Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an ex officio investigation for the crime of "publicly disseminating misleading information to the public" regarding the news titled "Release decision for Turhan Döner and Emirhan Döner, who are accused of being gang leaders", published on Halktv.com.tr on October 26.

	 

	Upon the instructions of the prosecutor's office, the police detained journalist Dinçer Gökçe.

	 

	T24 writer Tolga Şardan was also detained on the grounds of his article titled "What is in the 'judicial report' submitted by MİT to the Presidency?"
