AKP municipality put 82 properties up for sale before the election

	MÊRDÎN - Kerboran Municipality, under the AKP administration, put 82 municipal real estate properties up for sale before the local elections.

	 

	The AKP-run municipality in Mêrdîn Kerboran (Dargeçit) district took a step similar to trustee practices, less than 6 months before the local elections to be held on March 31, 2024. The municipality under the AKP administration announced that it put 82 municipal properties for sale. The municipality, which put up for sale the real estate in the Şibebî (Kumdere) rural neighborhood, each of which varies between 170 square meters and 22 thousand square meters, and consists of approximately 100 decares in total, announced that it will hold a tender on November 1.

	 

	It was learned that the lands that are not included in the parcel inquiry section of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre and appear to be unparcelulated are on the Mîdyad-Kerboran road.
