
Şenyaşar family: The judiciary will judge Şenyaşar not the perpetrator

	URFA&nbsp;- Continuing the sit-in, the Şenyaşar family stated that the judiciary, who did not invite AKP member Yıldız, who instigated the Suruç State Hospital massacre, to testify despite the end of his immunity, will try the mother who demands justice in front of the courthouse.

	The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached 819. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The family continued the sit-in at their house in Pirsûs(Suruç) due to the illness of the mother Emine Şenyaşar.

	Reminding the "insult" case filed against Emine Şenyaşar, the Şenyaşar family shared the following message on their Twitter: "We called out to Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç. The judiciary who instigated the Suruç State Hospital massacre, did not call to testify despite the end of his immunity; Tomorrow at 09.20, he will try the mother who wants justice in front of the courthouse! If this injustice and persecution will continue, why did the ministers change?"
