Perpetrators of Temer Temel not found for 40 days 2023-06-17 11:51:32   ŞIRNAK - Stating that 40 days have passed since the death of Temer Temel, who was murdered in front of his house, Ferhat Temel said: "How are the perpetrators not found in the village, which is a base area?"    Although 40 days have passed since the death of his brother Temer Temel, who was attacked in front of his house in Setkar village of Elkê (Beytüşşebap) district of Şırnak on May 7, neither the perpetrators were found nor the investigation progressed. Temel's nephew and Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Elkê District Co-chair Ferhat Temel stated that the attack was a planned murder and should be clarified as soon as possible.   THE PERPETRATORS IS NOT EXPOSED FOR 40 DAYS   Stating that as a family, they have been waiting for the attack to be revealed for 40 days, Temel said: "The attack was tried to be presented as a family event. In order to distract the event from its target, it is tried to be presented as a family event. These rumors are unfounded. As the Temel family, we want the perpetrators to be exposed as soon as possible and for the necessary steps to be taken as soon as possible. We want the investigation to come to a conclusion."   THE VILLAGE HAS 3 BASE AREAS!   Drawing attention that although there are 3 base areas in the village, the perpetrators were not found even after 40 days, Temel said: "We will continue our legal struggle to reveal the incident. We think that there is no security weakness in the village from a technical point of view. The village is surrounded by cameras on all four sides. It is a village located where there are three base areas. We thought from the first week that the perpetrator would come out; however, after all this time, there is still no progress. When we ask the prosecutor's office, they say that they will reveal the perpetrator as soon as possible. When is this time?"   'THIS IS A PLANNED BRUTAL MURDER'   Stating that the statements of everyone in the village were taken, but there was no development in the investigation, Temel said: “We submitted two petitions to the prosecutor's office for the examination of all the camera recordings in the region; however, they told us that they have the records and they will explain. This is not a normal occurrence. It is not an attack on the person of our uncle Temer. We think that this family has been organized from the inside out of a grudge and anger that has been felt for a long time. This is a planned brutal murder. We will continue our legal struggle to bring the incident to light and to hold the perpetrators accountable."   MA / Zeynep Durgut
