Sadak: Join forces in the fight against isolation

	ISTANBUL - Kurdish politician Selim Sadak stated that PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan's Third Way perspective is hope for the peoples and that the Kurds should establish a national alliance and join forces in the fight against isolation.

	 

	There has been no news since March 25, 2021 from PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, who was brought to Turkey with an international conspiracy on February 15, 1999 and kept in Imralı F Type High Security Prison for 24 years in absolute isolation conditions. All applications for opinion made by families and lawyers are rejected on the grounds of "disciplinary action", while applications made by legal organizations and politicians to the Ministry of Justice are not responded to. Actions and activities continue in Turkey and many European countries against the isolation imposed on Abdullah Öcalan.

	 

	Kurdish politician Selim Sadak, who is fighting against the democratic solution to the Kurdish question and the isolation against Abdullah Öcalan, evaluated the main objectives of the isolation in Imralı and explained the methods of struggle against it.

	 

	THE PLAN OF COLLAPSE AND ISOLATION

	 

	Stating that with the end of the process carried out under the name of "solution", which is based on the democratic solution of the Kurdish Question, upon the call of PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan, the isolation has evolved into an absolute isolation, Sadak said: "The 'Plan of Collapse' is being pursued with different methods. The government and the deep state led the country to polarization after ending the process. It was aimed to break Abdullah Öcalan's ties with his own people and movement with the development of the 'absolute' isolation situation because if the negotiations with Öcalan had continued, they would not have allowed this policy of the state and the power, they could not have attacked civilian politics so ruthlessly. The Kurdish people began to be portrayed as enemies altogether  with the 'Plan of Collapse'. This is the main reason behind their attacking all Kurds in the name of HDP today."

	 

	'THE THIRD WAY CREATED HOPE'

	 

	Stating that Abdullah Öcalan's Third Way perspective created hope for the peoples and fear for the rulers, Sadak said: "The 'solution' process was ended and war and conflict were put into action. As the power holders and partners saw Öcalan's role, he pressed the button for the plan. Since Öcalan foresaw what is going on today, he proposed the Third Way to the peoples. But at the current stage, those who created polarization and conflict among the peoples came out strong.”

	 

	WHAT IS HAPPENING IN IMRALI?

	 

	Stating that the isolation is unsustainable and that the Council of Europe Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) needs to clarify what is going on in Imrali, Sadak said: "The silence of CPT is an indication that he is a party. While the eyes of the whole world are on CPT, it is playing three monkeys. Their silence means they approve of Turkey's isolation policy; however, it has to respond to the expectations of the public about what happened. The CPT should break its silence and tell what happened in Imrali. For this, all Kurdish people and institutions, especially the Kurds in Europe, have to put pressure on the CPT in a democratic way. The public also needs to take remarkable initiatives. For this reason, the Kurdish people have to establish their national alliance.There is a need for join forces in the fight against isolation.  It is necessary to share in many problems such as the issue of isolation. Is it very difficult? Yes, it's hard, but we have to do it. The current position of the Kurdish people is very strong, it can be done.”
