HDP Spokesperson Günay: We will walk to the big congress with criticism and self-criticism

	ANKARA - HDP Spokesperson Ebru Günay, who stated that they started the renewal process after the election, said that after completing the board meetings in the party, they will make the necessary criticism and self-criticism and hold their grand congress.

	 

	Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Spokesperson Ebru Günay held a press conference at HDP Headquarters on the restructuring process of her party and the clarified work schedule. Günay thanked all those who supported them during the election process and stated that they started the renewal process after the election.

	 

	Günay said: "We have left behind a period in terms of both our country's politics and our party work. We started our evaluation process after the elections. First of all, joint consultation meetings of HDK, DTK, HDP, Green Left Party and DBP Co-Spokespersons and Co-Chairs were held. After that, HDP components were co-chairs. We held a meeting with the chairmen and their co-spokespersons. At these meetings, ideas were exchanged on the topics and methods of the post-election evaluation process. A closed group meeting will be held with our parliamentary group. VQA will convene on June 2. Then, on June 4-5-6, the Women's  Necessary Council plans will be made by holding meetings of the Party Council and the provincial co-chairs."

	 

	'OUR FUNDAMENTAL AIM IS TO PREPARE FOR THE NEW PERIOD'

	 

	Günay continued as follows: "Our main goal is to prepare for the new period by operating a criticism-self-criticism mechanism. After the Headquarters meetings are completed, meetings will be held with our people, provincial and district organizations and the process will be discussed in all its aspects. All these preparations have 2 main purposes: First, the election period and to eliminate the deficiencies and inadequacies experienced before; to learn from our mistakes and mistakes by operating a criticism/self-criticism mechanism.

	 

	OUR ONLY PURPOSE IS TO RENEW

	 

	Our only goal is to be renewed without any excuses. Second, to renew ourselves both in terms of policies and organizational structures, to create the organizational results of new accounting in order to fulfill the requirements of accounting without any justification or excuse. Thus, the calendar of our great conference-congress process, which we postponed during the election period, has started to run again. We will shape the content of the big conference and congress process with these discussions and evaluations; Together with our people, members and local organizations, we will of course pave the way for the big conference and congress together.
