Criminal complaint from TİP against Erdoğan and other officials 2023-02-28 09:35:31   ANKARA - TİP filed a criminal complaint against AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and other officials for what happened after the earthquake.   The Workers' Party of Turkey (TIP) has filed a criminal complaint with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against the President and AKP Chairperson Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Ministers, the Red Crescent, AFAD officials and all other responsible persons, due to the loss of life and deficiencies following the Mereş-centered earthquakes.   CRIMINAL COMPLAINT   In the statement on TİP's virtual media account regarding the denunciation, "On behalf of our party, we have filed a criminal complaint with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office about  President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Ministers, Turkish Red Crescent Society, T.R. AFAD officials under the Ministry of Interior and all those responsible for the process at first hand who are responsible for the deaths, injuries, destructions, negligence and similar unlawfulness in the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş. We respectfully present this criminal complaint, which is an addition to the indictment of the century's trial, to the public.
