Bahçeli targeted those who shouted 'government resign' 2023-02-27 10:10:57     ISTANBUL- In the Beşiktaş-Antalyaspor match, Devlet Bahçeli, who made a statement after the slogans of "the government resign '' from Vodefone Arena, targeted the stands and wanted the matches to be played without spectators.   After the Fenerbahce-Konyaspor match of the 14th week of the Spor Toto Super League, which was postponed due to the earthquake that occurred in the Pazarcık district of Maraş and its consequences, the slogans of "the government should resign" were shouted at the Beşiktaş match, which hosted Fraport TAV Antalyaspor at Vodefone Arena. The fans, who filled the green field before the match started, demanded the resignation of AKP, which was the focus of condemnations due to the earthquake.   MHP's Devlet Bahçeli targeted the stands over his Twitter account with the growing condemnation and demanded that the matches should be played without spectators. Bahçeli said: "It is the inevitable duty of all club presidents to take urgent and necessary steps to ensure that the matches are played either without spectators or by taking the necessary precautions. The Nationalist Movement Party is a follower of the issue. It is not possible at this stage to turn a blind eye to those who want to condemn Turkish football to humiliation and disgrace, and to remain silent.”    Bahçeli announced that he resigned from Beşiktaş membership after sharing.
