
76-year-old citizen arrested in Yüksek

	HAKKARİ - Osman Arslan, a 76-year-old heart patient in Yüksekova(Gerver), was arrested on charges of "propagandizing for a terrorist organization".

	Osman Arslan, 76, who lives in the village of Sorê in the Yüksekova(Gever) district of Hakkari, was summoned to testify by the District Gendarmerie Command at noon. After that, Aslan went to the gendarmerie station and gave a statement to the prosecutor's office at the courthouse where he was transferred after the deposition. Arslan, who has a heart disease, was referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace for his arrest. Arslan, whose statement was taken here, was arrested on charges of "terrorist propaganda".
