Ferit Şenyaşar: People of Urfa show the elected people the front of the courthouse 2023-01-04 14:57:23   URFA- Continuing on the 667th day of the sit-in, Ferit Şenyaşar said: “The people of Urfa are closely following this injustice.”   The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached 667. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The Şenyaşars started the sit-in with a banner that read "Justice" and "Justice arriving late is cruelty", which they hung in front of the courthouse in front of their home in Suruç.   'WE ARE WAITING FOR JUSTICE'   Speaking at Adalet Watch, Ferit Şenyaşar said: "There is a saying that justice delayed is cruelty. A mother has been seeking justice in front of the courthouse for 667 days. There is great cruelty and drama here. There is a mother whose husband and two sons were murdered in front of her eyes in the state hospital and one son was held in a solitary cell for 4 years by the order of the superiors. We are waiting for justice. She only expects justice from the state."
