The police attacking the demonstration injured many people, including HDP Provincial Co-Chairs. Universal Newspaper reporter Volkan Pekal was also beaten by the police. The Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation against 44 people, including those who were battered on the charge of "refusing to do their duty", upon the complaint of the police.   Calling to testify after the investigation was launched, Zeki Sekin, one of the executives of HDP Adana Provincial Organization said: "It is the most natural right to make a statement, While we were waiting in the garden of the party building. The police attacked them and he was beaten as well. The attack was also reflected on the cameras and I complained to the police."   "BATTERED POLITICIANS FILED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT"   The prosecutor, who started an investigation into the police's complaint with jet speed, was accused of "abusing office", "disrupting the peace and tranquility of the people", "preventing the activities of political parties" and "prohibition of political party activities" against Adana Governor Süleyman Elban, Adana Provincial Police Chief Doğan İnci and the police officers at the scene after the incident. It has not yet opened an investigation regarding the criminal complaint filed on the charges of "violation of the immunity of residence".   Those who were battered were recorded in their complaints as "People who came together against peace were battered". In the complaint application, the information that 6 party members received a report of assault was shared, "While all parties and platforms are making a press statement in the open air, the Adana Governorship blockades the party buildings before each statement, making the party members and the people who support them uneasy.
