	NEWS CENTER – The decision regarding HDP's Semra Güzel's dismissal from her parliamentary seat was published in the Official Gazette.

	&nbsp;

	The decision to strip Semra Güzel from HDP was published in the Official Gazette with the votes of AKP, MHP and IYI Party in the parliament.

	&nbsp;

	The decision is as follows: "The decision was made by the Joint Committee of the Constitution and Justice Committees regarding the dismissal of the deputation of Diyarbakır MP Semra Güzel in accordance with Articles 84 of the Constitution and Article 138 of the Bylaws, due to the fact that she did not attend six meetings of the General Assembly, five of which were in June, in 2022, without an excuse or permission. The report was accepted at the 43rd meeting of the General Assembly of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, dated 22.12.2022.
