Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) deputies asked about chemical weapons attacks during the budget talks of the Ministry of Defense.   AKAR: WE WON'T ALLOW AN INDEPENDENT DELEGATION   Defense Minister Hulusi Akar once again said, "There are no chemical weapons in our inventory," stated the following, "According to the Agreement on the Prevention of Chemical Weapons, it is accepted that tear gas ammunition can be used in law enforcement or special operations to protect human life. We recieved the report just now."    STATEMENT FROM HSM   People's Defense Center (HSM) Headquarters Command made a statement regarding Akar's allegations. In the statement made by the Fırat News Agency, it was stated that on December 9, when Akar made a speech, chemical weapons were used near the Sîda Village of the Şêladize Subdistrict of the Amadiya district.   CALL FOR INDEPENDENT COMMITTEES   The statement said: "The fact that TSK sent a delegation under their own control is an admission of war crimes.
