	NEWS CENTER - Switzerland, which made a statement on Turkey's attacks on Northern and Eastern Syria and the Federal Kurdistan Region, called for respect for international law.

	Making a statement regarding Turkey's air strikes against Northern and Eastern Syria, the Federal Kurdistan Region and Shengal, the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that international law should be respected. It was stated in a statement made by the Ministry that civilians were harmed in the Turkish attacks and said: “Switzerland is deeply concerned about the escalating violence in Northern Syria, Northern Iraq and Turkey. We call on all parties to respect international law and avoid civilian casualties at all costs."
