Şenyaşar family to seek justice in the Parliament! 2022-11-03 14:27:31   URFA - Speaking in front of the Courthouse in Urfa during the sit-in, Ferit Şenyaşar told that they will go to the parliament if Fadıl Şenyaşar is not acquitted and released.   The Justice Watch carried out by the Şenyaşar family has reached day 605. The sit-in was launched on March 9, 2021 by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack carried out by AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız's bodyguards and relatives in the Suruç province of Urfa, on June 14, 2018. The family, who came to the courthouse from their house in Suruç district, started the sit-in in front of the banner reading "Justice for the Şenyaşar Family".   THE INDICTMENT IS NOT FAIR   Speaking about the sit-in, Ferit Şenyaşar said that they continued the Justice Watch with determination on the 605th day. Reminding that they started the sit-in with the demand that the perpetrators in the hospital massacre to be tried and Fadıl Şenyaşar being held in a cell alone to be released, Şenyaşar said: "They prepared an unfair indictment for the hospital case 4 years after the massacre. We will voice our objections in court."   'MEET OUR DEMANDS'   Stating that they demand Fadıl Şenyaşar to be released, Şenyaşar said: "My mother's two sons and husband was slaughtered. Even though everything we did during the attack in our workplace should be considered within the scope of self-defense, my brother is still in prison alone in a cell. The case was overturned in the Court of Appeal, and it was sent to the Malatya 3rd High Criminal Court to complete the deficiencies. If there is no release decision or acquittal in this file, we will go to the Turkish Grand National Assembly with my mother. There, we will demand meetings with all political parties in favor of justice. Together with everyone who is on the side of justice, we will call on the Parliament. There is a human tragedy, there is a massacre. We want justice."
