It is not normal for someone to be killed in Sulaymaniyah and their killer to flee to Hewler. Süleymaniye Public Security is responsible for the murder of revolutionary Kurds. The Sulaymaniyah regional administration needs to investigate. It is necessary to find out whether the Sulaymaniyah security forces have an involvement in the murders."
