TSK got stuck in Heftanîn: It is a hornets' nest

What are we doing in Heftanîn? The guns of the rangers, who said they would not go to Heftanîn, were taken and they were fired. The army has been waiting at the same spot in Heftanîn for 40 years. The army fleed from many of the hills on which they were deployed. PKK is present all over Heftanîn. Heftanin was like an hornets' nest for the soldiers. The soldiers can't advance. They don't trust the rangers anyway. Wherever there is a dangerous situation, they send us."

	 

	SOYLU: WHY DON'T RANGERS DIE?

	 

	Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu asked why if there were no losses of rangers when he visited the border line. The ranger said: “The death of the rangers is not a loss for them. They want the rangers to be shot because the death of a ranger has more impact on the Kurdish community than the death of a soldier. That's why they're deliberately sending us to dangerous places. They send us into tunnels, minefields. The job of the rangers is just to keep watch, but they make us do work outside of our duty."
