	SIRNAK - Police raided HDP Cizre District Organisation building early this morning and detained many party members.

	&nbsp;

	The People's Democratic Party (HDP) Cizre district building was raided by special forces police early this morning.

	&nbsp;

	The police, who broke the doors of the party, stormed the place, damaging party property. After a two-hour searches, house raids were carried out in Cudi, Dağkapı, Nur Neighborhoods, Dirsekli village and Dirsekli Residences. It has been learned that HDP District Co-chair Mesut Nart, HDP District manager and mother of Yasemin Çıkmaz, who was murdered in the basements of Cizre massacre, Esmer Çıkmaz, Osman Küçük, Maruf Eliş, Şerif Elçioğlu, Hacı Dalmış, Ahmet Parlak and Zeliha Yardak were detained.

	While the reason for the detentions is unknown, it was learned that 8 people were taken to the Provincial Security Directorate.

	&nbsp;

	It is stated that a press statement will be made in front of the district building regarding the raids and detentions in the upcoming hours.
