
One person released in Kobanê Case

	ANKARA- Kurdish PEN member Nezir Çakan, who was jailed pending trial in the Kobanê Case, has been released.

	&nbsp;

	Nezir Çakan, who was held in Sincan Prison, has been released after the court's interim decision in the hearing of the case, which lasted until last night. 39 pages of the hearing report prepared by the court committee, consisting of 72 pages, included the decision on the demands of politicians, lawyers and the reasons for their detention.

	&nbsp;

	The court board decided to hold the hearing on April 25, 26, 28, 29 and on May 9, 10, 12 and 13, with a one-week break due to Ramadan.
