
Scores detained in operation against HDP

	VAN - Many people, including HDP executives, were detained in house raids in Van and its districts.

	&nbsp;

	Many houses were simultaneously raided early in the morning in the Özalp district of Van and the central districts. Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Özalp District Co-chair Sakine Kutpınar, district manager Kenan Özmaya, HDP Youth Assembly members; Derviş Ready, Şakir Tosun, Zana İşler, HDP former district manager Cevdet Güçlü, citizens Aslan Ayaz, Şemsettin Akyol, Kudret Akyol, Ayhan Kılınç, Ali Bağcı, Übeyt Öranlı and Bori Şanlı were detained during the raids.

	The detainees were taken to the Van Security Directorate. It is stated that the number of detentions may increase.&nbsp;
