
Baby of family can't pay the bill, freezes to death

	DİYARBAKIR – Baby who suffers from asthma lost his life when DEDAŞ cut the power because the family living in Silvan could not pay the bill.

	&nbsp;

	2-year-old Yunus Emre Bilen froze to death when Dicle Electricity Distribution Company controlled by the government cut the power. It was stated that Bilen was on ventilation and his heart stopped when the device did not work due to the power which was cut.

	The baby who lost his life was buried by his family in Silvan.&nbsp;
