Buldan: Government should consider the consequences of banning HDP

	ANKARA - Stating that the government should consider the consequences of the case to ban the HDP, Buldan said: "The courts that does not persue the crime syndicates filed a law suit against the HDP to ban it from politics and have become a shield of the mafia order."

	 

	Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Co-Chair Pervin Buldan spoke at the group meeting of her party. Buldan spoke about the state- mafia relations and the closure case against her party and said: "A system without democracy, rule of law, real justice and transparent auditable administration is nothing but a gang-mafia system. Today, Turkey is in the process of confronting a decaying and corrupting .

	 

	LAW SUIT TO BAN HDP 

	 

	We have been demanding justice for a long time now for various reasons. But the prosecutor's took initiative for banning HDP alone. Can you see how desperate the judiciary is? The prosecutor who did not take action against the mafia, filed a law suit to ban the HDP and have become a shield for the mafia order. This government have abolished the constitution and law. We told that this was a consiparicy case, and not even a legal case but a revenge case. The fact that the law suit was filed on June 7 proved our point that this is a political case. This case also proves that they can not cope with the idea and the democratic politics of the HDP.

	 

	GOVERNMENT SHOULD CONSIDER THE CONSEQUENCES

	 

	Your dream of a Turkey without HDP will not come true, but the dream of our peoples of a Turkey without AKP and MHP, without mafia, without exploitation will come true. This case to ban HDP will lead to the growth of the HDP. It will make us stronger. We will not let these gangs take over Turkey and drag it into dark. They want to push us away from democratic politics. We will not give up democratic politics. They will not be able to stop us from marching to democratic government with millions of people. The people of Turkey clearly sees that the power that will bring the country out of this corruption and darkness is HDP. The government should consider the consequences of closing us, not us.
