Şenyaşar family: We will not lose hope 2021-05-18 12:37:37   URFA - Continuing the 'Justice Watch', Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit Şenyaşar reiterated their call for justice and said, "We will not lose hope."   The "justice" watch, which was launched in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons in 2018 as a result of the attacks of the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded continues on its 71st day. Coming to the Urfa Courthouse early in the morning, laid down their placards and a photo of the ambulance damaged during the attack on their family and started the sit in. The family, tells the lawyers and the people coming to the courthouse about what happened to them.    JUSTICE IS NOT JUST A SIGNBOARD   Empasizing that today marks the 71st day of their sit in, Ferit Şenyaşar who survived the attack wounded said: "We will continue to demand justice. We are here despite the hot weather. What we have been through is a tragedy. We wish everyone who has a conscience supports us in our struggle. 3 people in our family was slaughtered while everyone watched in Suruç State Hospital. We will continue to demand justice until the perpetrators are caught and punished. We will not lose our hope for justice. Even if we don't have it now."   Family wrote, "We are here in front of the court house not to make everyone remember what happened but to remind them to fulfill the requirements of the Rule of Law. Justice should not be just a signboard like you see on this building. This tragedy must end now."
