Şenyaşar family: Remaining silent in the face of oppression is being a partner in the crime 2021-04-21 12:32:49   URFA - Staging a sit in in front of the Urfa Courthouse, demanding justice for 44 days, Şenyaşar family said: "Remaining silent in the face of oppression is being a partner in the crime."   Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attacks of AKP Deputy İbrahim Halil Yıldız and his relatives, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar have been staging a sit in in front of the Urfa Court House for the last 44 days demanding justice. Şenyaşar family arrived at the court house a little late today because they made a phone call with Fadıl Şenyaşar in Elazığ Prison. Fadıl Şenyaşar was sentenced to almost 40 years in prison, even though he was one of the victims of the attack.   'LET'S UNITE OUR VOICES AGAINST TYRANNY'   Thanking the Mardin Şahmaran Women's Platfom who visited them yesterday, Şenyaşar family wrote on Twitter, "Remaining silent in the face of oppression is being a partner in the crime. Let's unite our voices against tyranny."
