53 arrests made in the al-Hol Camp Campaign 2021-03-30 15:56:12   NEWS CENTER - Within the al-Hol Camp Humanitarian and Security Campaign 53 ISIS mercenaries were arrested by the Internal Security Forces 5 of whom were in charge of sleeper cells.    A statement was released today and read by Ali Hesen, Spokesman for the Internal Security Forces, with the attendance by the Syrian Democratic Forces' Kino Gabriel and Nuri Mahmoud of the Peoples' Protection Units, and Avinar Derik member to the General Command of the Jazira Region.   Hesen revealed the outcome of the first two days of the operation noting that they are committed to all human rights and international conventions to preserve human rights.      "Based on our moral, human and legal commitments, the al-Hol Camp Humanitarian and Security Campaign was commenced by our forces on March 28th, 2021, in the al-Hol Camp supported by the SDF, the YPG and the YPJ fighters after the camp underwent violence and murders by the ISIS sleeper cells and their recurrent attempts to instill the extremist and terrorist ideology into minds of children to set them apart from humanity, love and peace.   As the operation goes on, we are fully committed to all human rights and international conventions to which our forces carry out the campaign that resulted up to date in the capture of 53 ISIS individuals 5 of whom were in charge of cells that carried out violence and spread terror in the camp, as mobile phones and laptops all relevant to ISIS cells were seized.   We assure that at least 5000 male and female members are doing their utmost to regain peace and security to the camp and to save children from the posed dark terrorist ideology.   The Internal Security Forces confirm that they continue to strike at terrorists' hideouts in the whole camp observing that the campaign is being going uninterruptedly with no obstructions or impediments".
