
HDP applies to Constitutional Court for Gergerlioğlu

	ANKARA - HDP will apply to the Constitutional Court for the annulment of the decision about Gergerlioğlu whose status as an MP was stripped of.

	Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) will bring the dismissal of Gergerlioğlu as an MP to the Constitutional Court (AYM). The delegation, consisting of Gergerlioğlu, members of parliament and lawyers, will apply to the Constitutional Court at 10.00 tomorrow.
