Notification to 'surrender' for Gergerlioğlu

	ANKARA -  A notification was sent to HDP's Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu whose status as an MP was stripped of to 'surrender' in 10 days.

	 

	Peoples' Democratic Party Kocaeli Deputy Ömer Faruk Gergerlioğlu, who was stripped of from his status as a member of the parliament at the General Assembly recieved a notification informing him that he must 'surrender' in 10 days to serve his 2 years 6 months prison sentence. In the notification sent by the Kocaeli Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that Gergerlioğlu must surrender to the Public Prosecutor's Office within 10 days, otherwise an arrest warrant will be issued.
