Vehicle license plate of HDP member kidnapped, turns out to be fake 2021-02-17 11:58:08 VAN - HDP PM member Hatice Büşra Kuyu filed a criminal complaint against the people who kidnapped her. The appeal against the objection was rejected on the grounds that there is no such licence plate. The application Hatice Büşra Kuyu, a member of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Party Assembly and Youth Executive Board made, who was kidnapped and threatened by people who introduced themselves as the police on May 4, 2020, was rejected and a decision of non prosecution was made.   APPEAL AGAINST DECISION OF NON PROSECUTION DENIED AS WELL   Kuyun's lawyers appealed to the Criminal Court of Peace after the decision. Van 1st Criminal Court of Peace rejected the objection and found the decision of the prosecutor's office in place. The judge justified his decision on grounds that there is no such licence plate recorded in the system.       The decision included the following statements: “The objection is denied on grounds that, in the examination of the camera recordings, which helped determining that the plate number 65 AAT 923 did not belong to any vehicle, and no surveillence video was found as the complainant claimed and therefore the non prosecution decision given by the Van Chief Public Prosecutor's Office was imn place."
