Two new faculties opened in Boğaziçi Universities amid protests 2021-02-06 09:42:02 İSTANBUL - Faculty of Law and Faculty of Communications were opened in Boğaziçi University amid protests against appointed rector Melih Bulu. Faculty of Law and Faculty of Communications were opened in Boğaziçi University while students continue to protest appointed rector Melih Bulu who was appointed with the instruction of AKP's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.   The Student Union made a statement via its Twitter account and said: "Melih Bulu who wasn't able to find the academic support he needed, will try to be a rector by gathering new staff to the Faculty of Law and Faculty of Communications he opened with the instruction of the President. The Faculty of Law is opening to the school in the most unlawful period in the history of Boğaziçi."
