83 students detained in Ankara in Boğaziçi protests, released 2021-02-03 10:43:33 ANKARA - 83 students detained in support of the Boğaziçi University protests in Ankara have been released. 83 students who were battered and detained while participating in demonstrations in support of the Boğaziçi University protests in Ankara were released after giving their statements to the police.  It was learned that the students were processed on grounds of 'resisting the police' and 'opposing the law no 2911'.   The Contemporary Lawyers Association (ÇHD) Ankara Branch announced that the students were released from their Twitter account and said they will be following up the torture the students were subjected to."
