	ŞIRNAK - A decision of non prosecution was given for our reporter Zeynep Durgut who was detained while following on a story in Şırnak.

	&nbsp;

	Mesopotamia Agency (MA) Reporter Zeynep Durgut was detained by the gendarmerie in the district center while she went to the Güçlükonak district of Sirnak on October 8, 2020 to follow on a story. Subsequently, the investigation launched against Durgut on the charge of "illegally seizing or disseminating personal data" resulted in non-prosecution.

	&nbsp;

	In the report prepared by the Guclukonak District Gendarmerie Command, the Cizre Chief Public Prosecutor ruled that the images on the suspect's camera did not constitute a "crime".
