	DİYARBAKIR - A decision of arrest was made for TJA Spokesperson Ayşe Gökkan with the accusation of 'being a member of a terrorist organization' and 'managing a terrorist organization'.

	The hearing of the case filed against Free Women's Movement (TJA) Spokesperson Ayşe Gökkan with the allegation of "being an organization leader and a member" was held at the Diyarbakır 9th High Criminal Court. His lawyer Nevzat Karaaslan attended the hearing, which Gökkan did not attend.

	Making his defense against the prosecutor's opinion, Attorney Nevzat Karaaslan stated that he did not accept the accusations against his client made by anonymous witnesses and that his client must make a statement in the next hearing.

	Announcing the verdict, the court board issued an arrest warrant because Gökkan did not attend the hearing and evaluated that there was a strong suspicion of crime related to the accusations imposed on her.
